Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is analytical, systems-minded, and thrives in complexity. You’ll lead key initiatives focused on data, analytics, and platform connectivity, helping customers gain insight into performance and control over how their systems work together.

This is a highly cross-functional role — spanning product, engineering, data, and design — for someone who loves turning raw data into meaning and fragmented systems into unified experiences. You’ll own your products end-to-end: from concept, design, and instrumentation through to launch, measurement, and iteration.

Key Responsbilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap for analytics, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design features that make complex data clear, actionable, and valuable.

  • Lead discovery and scoping for new integrations, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability between platforms.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS + data-intensive environments.
  • Proven ability to build and launch complex, data-driven products or reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and how systems connect in modern SaaS ecosystems.
  • Analytical and metrics-obsessed — comfortable defining KPIs, reading dashboards, and making data-backed tradeoffs.
  • Experience working on products that integrate with third-party platforms or involve multi-system orchestration.
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in GTM, AI, or data-centric products a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in high-velocity, high-ambiguity startup environments.

Job Description
We’re seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to reimagine how humans interact with AI. This is an opportunity to define and design groundbreaking experiences that blend cutting-edge technology with empathy, usability, and delight.

You’ll be responsible for defining the next generation of human-AI experiences — from the conversational interfaces that make our Superhumans feel alive, to the dashboards that give customers insight and control.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GenAI teams to create intuitive, powerful interfaces that help revenue teams deploy, train, and manage their Superhumans.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, thinks in systems, and has a deep curiosity for how humans interact with AI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design for core platform areas - including customer dashboards, configuration tools, and conversational interfaces.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into approachable, human-centered design systems and interaction models.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys for customers building and managing their Superhumans.
  • Partner with engineers and GenAI specialists to prototype new modes of interaction (voice, chat, video, multimodal).
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
  • Establish visual and behavioral standards for our conversational UIs.
  • Use data and user insights to iterate quickly on high-impact design decisions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the 1mind design system, ensuring consistency across surfaces and products.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products - SaaS platforms or enterprise tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both interaction design (conversational, or AI-driven products) and data visualization / dashboard systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for highly dynamic user flows - ideally with chatbots, voice interfaces, or AI copilots.
  • Familiarity with GTM, sales enablement, or marketing tech products a strong plus!
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (PM, Eng, GenAI) from ideation to launch.
  • Comfort designing in ambiguity and defining structure where none exists.
  • Expert in Figma (component systems, prototyping) and strong understanding of front-end capabilities (React, Tailwind, ShadCN, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools for testing voice, video, or conversational behavior a big plus.

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Revenue Operations to build out the RevOps function from the ground up. This role blends traditional revenue operations expertise with cutting-edge AI fluency.

You’ll design, implement, and optimize systems, processes, and insights that power our go-to-market (GTM) engine—spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will lead the charge in building scalable, automated, and data-driven operations that help us grow efficiently while maintaining tight alignment across all GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Systems & AI Automation
  • Own and optimize the GTM data architecture and RevOps stack across functions and systems.

  • Experience building RevOps foundations in high-growth startups.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong focus on AI implementation to join our team. Unlike a traditional CSM role, this position is designed for a strategic partner who can guide clients through the end-to-end process of deploying AI-powered superhuman agents. You’ll combine project management, solution implementation, and strategic advisory skills to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their Superhumans.

You will work closely with customers, internal product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee onboarding, manage implementations, provide thought leadership, and help customers scale their AI-driven initiatives.

  • Lead customers through the full implementation lifecycle of AI superhuman agents—from scoping and setup to deployment and adoption.

Project & Program Management
